Private Estate Wedding in North Scottsdale.
At Sip and Twirl, we LOVE a good private estate wedding. And when you add a brilliant, gorgeous and fun bride...who is also super creative, planning a private estate wedding is an absolute BLAST. Tara made so many incredible, unique and unexpected choices for wedding decor, and the evening that resulted was truly fanciful. Tara and Ryan's wedding was held at a Prado Estates in North Scottsdale, not far from Pinnacle Peak. With a view overlooking the Scottsdale sunset, this fantastic venue provided a an incredible setting for a truly special day.
The home itself, is nothing short of spectacular. Perched on 4 acres in North Scottsdale and overflowing with amenities, the bride and groom were able to stay onsite with a few family members and wedding party for a close knit weekend. Or maybe it was a close knot weekend (that's for you Tara).
Both graphic artists, the bride and groom designed the most fabulous wedding invitation filled with personality and information for their guests.
The unbelievable flowers, created by Tony at PJ's Flowers in Phoenix, were the Bride's "favorite part of the wedding." The vibrant colors and unexpected textures created a playful view at each of the guest tables.
Bright southwestern hues with a funky retro vibe...Tara and Ryan numbered their tables as motel room numbers using UNO cards. The escort cards were old school motel room keys (yep, those...you remember.) The reception tables were filled with lanterns, fun flowers and unique pieces that the couple found at vintage shops along the way. I snapped this pic of the brass elephant.
A huge thank you to Tara and Ryan for reminding us to continually think outside of the box and sometimes, get rid of the box all together. And to our fantastic vendors who executed an amazing event at a big and challenging venue.
